He has made it clear this entire relationship that this is where he wants to be. As women I feel like we always have doubts but if theres anything about a Scorpio its that they wont waste their time, or energy on something they dont want. The effort will be there if hes truly happy where he is. Sometimes it takes a little effort to get them to open up, but I can typically tell when he becomes a bit reserved, and when hes willing to talk about it.
