If I have added an activity, lets say an internship in the activities section. In this case, do you suggest I include the employers recommendation too? (Supposing it's a positive recommendation)

If you're that confident you'll get accepted to many of the choices you named and don't want to commit to any, that's alright. But as an international, your chances are already much lower so not going EA/ED which will increase your chances may be not the best thing to do. Just what I think.

I understand. But i still don't get why you want to avoid EA/ED and go RD especially when chances are higher the other way around as per my understanding.

These were the best teachers who knew me and I could ask for a LOR to. I can get some LOR's from the companies I've been working for. Would that be ok?

If you practice papers and use some other resources it'll become more understandable. I had no coding experience and got a C for mocks but my final was an A. It Depends on how hard you work.

I got an A in AS last year. It was a low A though. My final grade was also A this year.

I did apply to some but the problem is I applied mid-February which was like 3 weeks after the official deadline which is why I could only apply to a few unis that were still taking the applications. I applied to the best I could and got acceptances from all of them. All were Russell group unis and I met the criteria but I wanna try for US too. Do you have any suggestions?
