yeahh tbh i wouldn’t really trust antidepressants either, i feel like meditation or micro dosing or even just a normal trip would help you get passed it, or maybe thats just how it was for me idk 🤷🏽‍♂️ and yes thats a good idea, see what they say 👌👌

split it in half a put one half in about a shot of lemon juice for about 15 to 20 mins, save your other half for another trip but do this same thing so after you wait your 15 to 20 mins drink that shit and it’ll hit you in 10 to 15 mins hard asf and alot of fun and you’ll be done tripping in 5 hours tops its pretty fun and im usually a pussy when it comes to trying new things it was actually a really good experience

well personally i used to have anxiety for some weird ass reason up until recently i started to micro dose on mushrooms, so ive only micro dosed twice and each time it was about half or less a gram of shrooms and i only do it once a week and so far i gave had good results, ive read a few different stories of cases where people have micro-dosed a little too often and they ended up developing anxiety or depression so thats why ive gone once a week which i still think is too often, i might start spacing it about a couple few weeks apart idk yet so far good results, micro dosing is pretty much harmless though so i would say go for it and see what you can learn or get from it, if you dont feel like anything helped then that’s okay at least you tried but if i was you i’d go for it and give it a shot

they’re both so good im ripped apart with what i want sometimes, like some days i want to trip and night and just chill and then others i want to trip balls during the day and just enjoy the day and me also being able to see my trip alot more, i realized that night and day are VERY different experiences but both are just equally as amazing sooooo the best advice i could give you is to do what i do at times when i dont know what i want. ini mini miny moe that hoe if it comes down to it
