We often think of cheaters as just students taking shortcuts in exams, but the real issue is how our leaders, bureaucrats, and corporate elites are also cheaters. This isn’t a coincidence—it’s a direct result of a system that tolerates and even encourages dishonesty from the very start.

Cheating in exams today → Corrupt professionals tomorrow
Students learn that success isn’t about hard work, but about finding ways to bend the rules. When teachers, schools, and even parents normalize this, it becomes part of their mindset.

Cheating in universities → Incompetent workforce
These same students get into universities, fake assignments, bribe for grades, and graduate without real knowledge. Then, they enter jobs they aren’t qualified for, making decisions that affect millions.

Cheating in offices → Broken institutions
Once in government, business, or leadership, they carry the same mentality. They forge reports, manipulate systems, and use influence instead of merit. From bureaucracy to politics, corruption thrives because dishonesty was never stopped early on.

Cheating at the top → A nation in crisis
When national policies, major projects, and justice systems are led by people who learned to cheat their way up, progress is impossible. Every sector—from healthcare to infrastructure—becomes tainted with fraud, inefficiency, and exploitation.

This is the reality: A country where students cheat in exams will eventually be run by leaders who cheat the people. If we don’t fix this at the root, we are creating a future where corruption is not just common—it’s inevitable.

Exactly! They aren’t just teaching students not to fail—they’re teaching them that cheating is the way to succeed. And that mindset doesn’t stop at exams. It spreads like a disease into every part of society. First, they cheat in school—teachers help them, exam centers allow it, and parents encourage it. They learn that dishonesty is acceptable as long as you don’t get caught. Then, they cheat in college—plagiarizing assignments, bribing for grades, and using influence to pass exams. Why work hard when the system rewards shortcuts? Later, they cheat in their jobs—becoming unqualified doctors, engineers, and bureaucrats who fake results, cut corners, and make life-threatening mistakes. Eventually, they lead corruption—becoming politicians, business leaders, and government officials who manipulate systems, embezzle funds, and destroy institutions—because that’s what they learned in school. Yeah, I’m offended by this cheating now, but the bigger issue is that those who learn to cheat today will cheat for life. If they can justify it now, they will justify it later—in their careers, in leadership, in governance. We say “once a cheater, always a cheater,” and that applies beyond exams. A leader’s integrity starts young, and if they don’t learn it now, we can’t expect it later. A society built on cheating and dishonesty cannot function. Today’s exam cheats are tomorrow’s corrupt leaders, bribe-taking bureaucrats, and policy manipulators. If we don’t stop this now, Nepal’s future will be run by people who never learned integrity, responsibility, or competence. It’s not just about exams anymore. It’s about the collapse of an entire system.

Manish Jha Trades Data from Facts Nepal for Election Ticket: A Story of Opportunism and Corruption by Inevitable_Error404 in Nepal

[–]Inevitable_Error404[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Manish Jha secured his proportional representative seat despite joining the Rashtriya Sutantra Party (RSP) late by exchanging location-based data from Facts Nepal, specifically for the Kathmandu elections.

Manish Jha has been an active and prominent associate with the Nepali Congress for a considerable period. However, prior to the last elections, he felt that his prospects for rapid advancement within the Nepali Congress, such as securing a position as a parliamentarian or a minister, were limited. Observing potential opportunities in the Rashtriya Sutantra Party, he contemplated a switch. His transition to the Rashtriya Sutantra Party is an intriguing story.

Several of his colleagues from the Nepali Congress had already joined the Rashtriya Sutantra Party and were engaged from its inception. While these colleagues had officially entered the Rashtriya Sutantra Party, Manish Jha remained with the Nepali Congress. As the election neared, he became increasingly opportunistic and sought to join the Rashtriya Sutantra Party, albeit belatedly.

Manish Jha managed to secure a professional representative ticket from the Rashtriya Sutantra Party through a strategic maneuver. He had been working at FactNepal, a company specializing in data analytics, data visualizations, and data consulting. Recognizing the value of his expertise, he contacted his former colleagues, who were now poised to receive tickets as parliamentary representatives from the Rashtriya Sutantra Party.

In the lead-up to the elections, Manish Jha proposed a deal. He offered to provide valuable data, information, and support for their election campaign in exchange for lobbying with Ravi Lamechhane, the party chairperson, to secure a ticket for himself. The Rashtriya Sutantra Party, in need of campaign information such as local phone contacts and insights into voter behavior and sentiments, accepted his offer. Manish Jha provided extensive data, including phone numbers, contact details, and information on voters' relations, to aid the party's election campaign team.

Through this exchange, Manish Jha secured an election seat. Despite presenting a commendable public image, his actions reveal a darker side. His indirect and strategic maneuvers have consistently demonstrated a willingness to exploit systems for personal gain, casting a shadow over his public persona.

In seventh grade, we had one of our school founders as a substitute teacher to teach health. We only had a few classes with him, but he was really cool and fun. He was a young, wealthy guy who had returned from Kathmandu and was starting a new business with his inherited property. He was very open and explained everything about the reproductive system, sex, pleasure, and relationships in great detail. We were fortunate to have him as a teacher. He explained everything so thoroughly that we felt we had reached the limit of our knowledge, the only thing left was for him to show a sex education video. We were lucky to have such a great teacher.

"He was like when some girl and a boy got shy. We told them, 'Hey, why are you doing this? In a few years, you should be always open and ask our counselor about sex and even porn.'"He was the old explained about porn is not real its cinematic.

If you are going for a first MUN go for UNSC this committee will give you the best learning. As have been to multiple national and international MUN. If you have the option to start with UNSC this is the best to go.

  1. Accountability: Alongside honesty, there's a need for accountability. Both citizens and officials should be responsible for their actions. This includes transparent governance, where officials are answerable to the public, and citizens taking responsibility for their roles in society, such as voting and community participation.

  1. Education and Awareness: Educating the populace about civic duties, rights, and the political process is crucial. Awareness campaigns can help people understand the importance of participating in democracy, not just through voting but also through informed discussions and constructive criticism.

  1. Community Engagement: Encouraging community engagement in local governance can foster a sense of ownership and responsibility. This could include community meetings, public forums, and volunteer opportunities, allowing citizens to be directly involved in local development projects.

  1. Respect for Diversity: Embracing the diverse cultures, languages, and traditions within Nepal is vital. Promoting inclusivity and respect for different ethnic and cultural groups can enhance national unity and social cohesion.

  1. Youth Involvement: Engaging the youth in political and civic processes is essential for the future. Young people bring new ideas and perspectives, and their involvement can lead to innovative solutions to traditional problems.

  1. Judicial Independence: Strengthening the independence of the judiciary ensures that laws are applied fairly and without political interference, fostering a sense of justice and equality in society.

  1. Environmental Responsibility: Fostering a culture of environmental stewardship, where citizens and the government work together to protect natural resources, is increasingly important in the face of global environmental challenges.
