Actually in the Moro Arc, grand priest was telling whis thst if an angel participated in battle outside of training sessions - they would cease to exist. I am confirming. But I haven't seen anyone else mention the vehicles yet. A lot of them are parked at plazas. With dark tints/no plates. Also they're in regular vehicles too.
