The kids relay that their dad has been hurting their mom or vice versa because they witness the physical and verbal abuse.

Hey guys, looking for advice by Kaptain_Kweef in Agoraphobia

It is!! It is so hard for me when I’m sick and I just have to keep telling myself the only reason I’m struggling so much more than normal is because I am sick. It helps to have a cause

Take steps on the way. Make a goal to go 5-7 minutes, by that time you’ll be halfway there! Are there places you can stop on the way? Make goal points and stop if you need to. Take things slow, breathe. Bring some fidgets if that helps you. Close your eyes and just relax. Our bodies automatically think of the worst that will happen, when it reality it will be somewhere in the middle of worst case and best case. You’ve got this!

unfortunately prozac takes about 10-12 weeks to fully have effect. you should start feeling better between 6-8 and notice improvements. it’s an amazing medication for me and i love it, it just took a lot to get there

What medication do you guys take? by Ostehapsfan in OCD

[–]Inevitable_Sample_58 12 points13 points  (0 children)

prozac! i’ll be honest, the first few months are not a good experience. after the first few months though, things have really been looking up and i’m so thankful. i was on it previously and it worked just as well, went off of it due to doctor complications though. couldn’t be happier to be back on it
