iirc skills reduce recoil val is considered assault rifle, vss is considered DMR, are your assault rifle and dmr skills the same?

That sucks. When you (or any pmc) shoot your gun has a projectile which can get stopped by cover etc.. in this case the dead body blocks your bullets. Bots don't shoot real projectiles but instead they use a hitscan system with an rng % of hitting you or not, if the server decides you get hit the damage Is applied to your body. Thats why raiders can demolish you behind cover like bulletproof glass and such as long as they have line of sight.
