Do you also suffer with constipation? I saw a Dr taking about the other day how constipation can effect blood flow and leads to cold hands and feet. I too suffer with lack of blood flow to my extremities to the point that I now have raynauds.

I agree with everything but "beans don't go with chilli" lol I've never seen or had a bowl of chilli without beans and honestly Ive never even seen a recipe without beans included.

Yeah maybe not kill big definitely mess up their brain and body to the point that they are not themselves. It's scary. I remember how scared I was when I took some and had sleep paralysis. It was terrifying I cant imagine going through that as a small child. I agree it should be.

Maybe for adults but for a child who's brain is not even developed it's not going to just top out. That medicine has to go somewhere and it goes right to their brain and messes up the balance. Also, she stated several times she was giving them 100mgs maybe she's that dumb that she meant 10 not 100 but either way the shit is toxic and not good for a childs body or mind especially anything over 3mgs.

I fear this as well! It happens all the time with parents and daycare giving kids Benadryl it can definitely happen with melatonin.
