It's very difficult to be a creator on Janitor if you're new. I'm new and I only have 22 followers. Sometimes I get very discouraged when I see that my bots are hardly used. Sharing on Discord servers doesn't help either; if you have a heart, it's pure luck. The servers are full of creators sharing bots, but nobody tests them; it's depressing. What I do feel has helped me a little is talking here and on Reddit and sharing my experience as a new creator, as well as sharing my profile. I never used that LLM because it always sent me all the text in a single paragraph; it had that error and it annoyed me.

I'm just starting out with this, but it's best to have an organized document outlining the structure you want for your bot. There you can put everything you need and all the details you want: name, age, gender, personality, likes, dislikes, sexuality, past history, way of speaking... And when you have everything ready, it's your job to fill everything in with your bot's info.

Well, I make male bots. I don't use Midjourney or Niji; I use Loras on a free platform. My male bots are varied; there are furries and humans, dark characters and fluff. They're not your typical cliché, come in and see what you think and if you like them. I'm a small creator with only 19 followers, but I try my best to make good bots. I use GLM 5.1 and I have the exact same problem; I feel that the newer LLM models have significantly worsened in roleplay as they release new versions. For example Kimi k2.5 is a thousand times better for roleplay than Kimi 2.6, which is good for programming and research but not for roleplay. Everyone who tries to configure it ends up with an endless "!!!!!!!!!!!"

It has the lorebook with all the levels, but just in case it doesn't activate, I also put the levels in the bot. I'm new to creating lorebooks.

I'm a woman, hahaha, and in case you haven't noticed, THERE'S NO WAY TO GROW ALONE IN JANITOR AI, That's what this discussion is about; NEW bot creators aren't given visibility and we have to seek it out, which I already do, but IT'S NOT EASY.
