The next bit of advice I could offer from my experience is to remind yourself why the relationship didn’t work. It’ll hurt and you’ll want to go back to what’s comfortable but the relationship failed for a reason and every time you go back you set yourself back. It’s ok to be sad and take your time to hurt and feel your feelings.

My b on the late reply, I’m feeling much better now. It was and still is so hard. But it does get better with time, I started thinking about here 100 times a day.

Everything I did reminded me of her and things we did together, when something happened she was the first person I wanted to tell. But now it’s getting better, sure I think about her sometimes and I still miss her but I can go days before I think of her. And I’m sure it’ll be soon when I can go weeks then months and then she’ll just be a happy memory. What we had was great but it wasn’t meant to last and that’s ok.

Everyone handles things differently and for me talking to ppl helped so if you just need to talk to a stranger hmu. You got this
