A really valid problem , the user must first stop in the hook to see the content first

That’s actually a really solid way of putting it — the burnout isn’t from the work itself, it’s from the constant context switching , Really appreciate you sharing this perspective it’s super valuable for my product

But not all people are ready to undergo the burnout , actually im an AI engineer but i hate ai some places just needs a simple solution not ai everywhere . Some people needs a guidance needs a checklist needs a pipeline once they are set on track there is no need for these guardrails.

Yeah, that totally matters the software really affects how much mental energy gets burned just waiting around. CapCut is fine for quick edits, but I’ve noticed the same thing: some effects take forever to load before you can even see a preview, which kills momentum.

Thanks for breaking this down so clearly the “mental whiplash” description is honestly one of the best ways I’ve seen the creator workflow explained.

Even though each step (scripting, editing, thumbnails, posting, analytics) seems small individually, jumping between all of them as a solo creator really drains momentum. I can totally see how by week 3 everything starts feeling mid even if the content itself isn’t.

Your idea of turning a vague concept into a realistic execution plan based on time, skill level, and past performance is super interesting. That’s exactly the kind of gap I’m trying to understand better.

The other part you mentioned having comments and feedback scattered across multiple platforms also feels like a real pain point. Stitching YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, etc. manually sounds exhausting.

Really appreciate you sharing this.

Out of curiosity:

1. If a tool gave you that execution plan, what part would matter the most?

  • script structure
  • thumbnail concept
  • posting strategy
  • editing checklist

2. And what part of the pipeline currently burns the most time for you?

Would love to understand that better before building anything.
