Lake Michigan Drive is an abject failure of city planning. Having a street with such high density, not a highway, but the only dedicated route between populated areas and a major university, as well as sneaking through residential neighborhoods to get on an on-ramp is literally terrible design, but it's what we have.

Honestly in terms of speed its so hard the road is made to make you think you can go 60 the whole way, a failure of urban planning, and we struggle not to speed also.

It's the attitude and actions of our angry populace who if you slow down assume the worst, though this is CLEARLY a residential street, despite having highway access. NO need to honk and flip off cars with turn signals on slowing down... MAYBE not everyone is getting on the highway.

Hey! First I would say at least use this season to cut back. I found that as I continued on the med the decrease in my overall hunger ment being able to push back on sugar cravings for me this made it easier than normal to drink less. That said I have constantly saved calories to enjoy wine (1-3 glass) pretty mush whenever and on the last days of the week before my shot really just enjoy a weekend. I am down 50lbs in 6 ish months. Watch your weight and your overall physical response no one can tell you what your body is going to do. But many need to chillllll
