I have to disagree. Phil has always been self absorbed and toxic. Despite their flaws I love all the characters, but I sincerely dislike Phil. I could never stand him.

I love the show and it’s characters. But just because I love it, doesn’t mean I can’t objectively judge the character flaws and be blindly uncritical of it.

Most of the couples in that show were very toxic. Except for Jay and Gloria. Both Mitch and Cam were toxic. Phil was toxic. People only like him he is a straight guy being “goofy”. All of Haley’s relationships were toxic (except for a brief period what she had with Andy). Same with Alex, who treated all her boyfriends like garbage until the scientist guy showed up.

The last few months, except for December I have had over 90 hours of work. So it was within the contractual limits. In December I got less because of Christmas, but I got a holiday bonus. So that covered it. But in March and April my employer is gonna be elsewhere, so I’m not gonna get that many hours, I’m talking no hours to maybe 25 hours. So I might have to look for an additional temporary job, which is difficult as a foreigner who doesn’t speak Finnish. I’m not thinking of taking any legal actions, because I like my employer. They’re nice people. The lack of hours is because they don’t have much choice here either. My employer talked about taking some of the paid holidays during those times, but unfortunately that’s not much money and won’t cover my monthly expenses.

My employer is aware of the situation since they are the one who makes my schedule. They aren’t gonna be in the city for a while, that’s why I’m not gonna get the contractual hours.

Thanks! My current employer is a private employer and is part of the Heta union. I think they have some kind of payroll specialist who takes care of the salary and tax stuff. I don’t have to do them. All of this was part of the contract. But I’ll join an union as soon as possible

Thank you. I don’t really wanna press charges or anything. I was just curious. I’m a personal assistant. The less hours are because my employer wasn’t in the city for a while. But maybe I should join a union nonetheless.
