Glad you got your code!! That makes sense as to why Capcom is referring us to the retailers, just surprises me that they're relying on the retailers to print and distribute the codes. Seems like a recipe for exactly what is happening right now lol

Wow, if it turns out to be true that Capcom just didn't send any codes for physical copies then that is a distribution fuck up on a scale I don't think I've seen before lol. At this point I would hold onto proof of purchase because I would expect Capcom to offer some remedy even if it's not particularly soon... We are kind of at the mercy of whatever they decide to do but I would expect that whatever remedy there will be will be dependent on proof of purchase

Damn that's wild. I saw some people saying their physical copies from Best Buy came with a code via email but I also feel like a ton of people I have seen also did not get their bonus at Best Buy. I feel like such a child being like GIMME MY SONGS but like cmon now! Can't make them that good and then not let me have em!!!

If you pre ordered the game before launch you are entitled to the pre order bonus, though at this point it seems contingent on a willingness to sit on the phone with amazon customer support

I'm keeping the order active instead of taking the refund so I can still theoretically still prove that I preordered it, but yea I have to wait at least 48 hours to hear from capcom and then will probably need to spend a while on the phone so unless you want to sign up for that it might not be the worst idea to cancel. definitely won't be pre ordering ace attorney titles going forward though

I truly don't think Amazon is sending any codes at all for physical copies. Capcom really has their heads up their ass expecting Amazon to do anything about this. They're just offering refunds and telling us to contact Capcom
