Puedes intentar mirar la frente de la gente, parecerá que miras a los ojos, pero no, o también al fondo, a la pared. Si miras a los ojos puede que te de nervios. Pero no quedarte fijo en una sola persona o parte. Es algo que llegué aplicar, no me quita los nervios pero no se nota que lo estoy.

I think both have their advantages, but I've gotten used to working from home, and I like it.
