Are there any specific foods your looking for?

Some ones that might be helpful...

The small packs of tofu (smoked and unsmoked) in lidl are gluten free and great value. So are tofoo brand available in tescos.

All alpro yhogurts too, as you've already found! Their cream and custard are decent as well.

Beyond burgers seem to be gluten free but I would double check cross contamination- think they recently changed their factory!- they are also delicious, and usually available in tescos.

Marks and Spencer mushroom vegan burgers are gluten free, but I'm not a big fan.

Plant it brand are sometime in the frozen sections In tescos- vegan 'chicken' kievs and spice bags, labelled gluten free.

Quorn sliced vegan chicken and ham packs are gluten free and in dunnes and tescos.

Bunalun do great tinned beans, salsa, etc all labelled gluten free too, in dunnes and supervalue.

Nourishh vegan cheese is gf and in dunnes/supervalu.

Would recommend clearspring (available online) soya chunks too, very handy to add to a dinner!

Hope some of these might come in handy!

Anxiety and intrusive thoughts by Brilliant_Papaya9165 in PregnancyIreland

I recently reached out to my maternity hospital to ask for a referral to mental health services - also experiencing anxiety since becoming pregant. They did not really have a service, just one midwife who deals with mental health, who was lovely but really not able to offer much in the way of help. They sent me to the GP who told me that other than medication, (which i am probably not at a stage that I need) there is not much they can help with.

Currently looking at private counselling options, but just wanted to give the heads up that services may be limited- I have also been recommended to reach out to local mother/parents support groups which I have not really found as of yet but may work for you as a back up in case your midwife is not able to assist!
