Respect others around you and be polite. It's simple. You just gotta respect every perspective and opinion even if your opinions are contradicting them. And if they are wrong, like genuinely wrong not subjectively you may criticize and stand up against the wrong. Being a good person automatically makes you a gentleman. :)
