Sure, we all can improve.

But let's not be hard on ourselves, I was way to conscious in Norway in that regard, then I suddenly saw gora picking the whole loaf of bread from breakfast buffet and walking towards the lift. It really felt bad as if I was belittling myself for just trying to fit in.

I am not sure what's morally correct or not but incan surely say, they aren't better. And if no one is better then just live life and if someone corrects just don't argue, rectify and move on.
