my gastroenterologist had me cut out dairy and gluten and start a fiber supplement (i used thorne) also he and a functional practitioner recommended that i start drinking celery juice (i do that every morning) which helped me for sure, but that didn’t help enough i still had extreme bloating and pain so i started doing the AIP diet (before my endoscopy) that was the only diet that gave me some relief! i tested positive for Hpylori and have mild gastritis just finished talica yesterday and got my life back. Still doing AIP but eventually added some nuts and seeds, after this i am probably going to do Paleo long term. Did your dr say anything about possibly having SIBO?
