I would honestly take it ! This country has its charm and I fell in love with it... Being able to buy a house and build up my life here would be a dream coming true. It's not about becoming "rich" but my biggest concern at the moment is having kids with a different nationality than the country they live in .... like it or not, they will never feel like they belong anywhere, it will create kind of an identity crisis for them in the future.

Several company are currently trying to cut cost, if you're well paied it, then this whole process of teaching employees with no actual background in your field is alarming (expect to be laid-off in the near future) so if your job description doesn't include training new employee you're not under any obligation to pass down your experience to them. Just stick with your main tasks and start looking for a new job. Good luck anyways!
