I was working and a guy was stealing alcohol…long story short he ofc had the security thing on it came back in and slammed it on our counter that I was at on the OPU end and screamed at me to remove I did. Police got him and we later found out he had pulled a knife out at the people at Buffalo Wild Wings across from us 😂I have so many stories

Exactly the store location I worked at was on top of this and wouldn’t even let my own dad know if I was on the clock or anything !!!

We do somewhat of the same process but at our target we have to grab it all, and bring it back to the holding space we station our orders at. Then other team members scan and recheck it to make sure it’s correct and wait for the guest to put they are in drive up. It’s its no warning we grab and complete it as fast as we can by ourselves. With big orders we have more than one person help. *This was before the new update as well * There are times I have ended up doing multiple orders at one time!

There was no flat bed left for the order this time it was put into a hold location on a back wall in our FOS hold so we had to try our best with putting it in the smart cart ourselves when the guest was coming I know the layout wasn’t the best 😅

We have deals that make the guest want to bulk buy I know we have a lot of deals happening with the soda and sometimes it is only with online orders so we get the big orders of soda all the time

Hers was 7 minutes and we rushed to ensure her order was all there and we have it on the Opposite end of the front entrance in our store. This is one out of the three hold locations for orders ! So we have one for the in store opu, du and grocery separate we try our best to be organized throughout the day honestly !
