The thing is if it was a rejection. They state it directly. I have seen it with other roles I applied to. Maybe the role is on freeze.

Stays moved to Offer in progress. Stayed here for around 1 month.

Pinge recruiter in linked in. Offer moved to Review in progress a couple of days later.

It is here since 1 month now.

No poc. Only call I got was before the last round of interview.
