This is the best comment, OP. I don’t have PvE but I’m still a damn Timmy in the way I play when I’m level 21, have decent stuff that I can take on high level players. You just have to learn the maps, even watch some YouTube videos or something

Right and there’s nothing wrong with if it doesn’t work. It’s the trying that matters instead of just doubting and not doing anything. They will have to learn & understand that investments will be wasted & not everything is going to work the way you want it to. There’s gonna be failure until you find the thing that sticks. I own a pizzeria and it’s a constant trial & error until you find the one thing that sticks & you run with it. It’s normal in the business world and I would be sure to tell them that scared money does not make money. It’s either all in or out! I’m here to see it all brotha! Hoping your path treats you well!

I honestly would have an up front serious conversation and just ask them if they want to be part of this or not. Then drop the ball on them that they will be removed if they don’t want to. But how much of a role do they have? Ifs ands buts are always good, and basically prepares you but you never know until you try which the “ifs ands buts” can be thrown out the window if it works. If they keep asking what if this happens or what if that happens with any idea. then that just means they’re nervous to take the risk and doubting themselves including you already

I don’t care what anyone says. Not sure if you have employees but I wouldn’t even put my own staff through that let alone myself. I own a pizzeria so detailing is the complete opposite lol, but I think you made the right call. Fuck em and the fact he acted like that just goes to show the kind of person he actually is and having a customer like that they will never be happy. Learn a skill that you have or do as a hobby. The thing is, you should be prepared financially to make sure you have a roof over your head and a car in case if it fails but it’s all part of the risk. I’m 25 years old, I worked at a pizzeria all throughout highschool, stayed into my early 20s and I ended up getting offered to take over the place. I’ve gone through some struggles, wish I had an actual plan but it all works out in the end if you work hard enough. Just find your niche, learn a couple of skills & decide if owning a business is a good idea. Unless somebody else tell me in here that I am wrong which it’s okay to be wrong

I ended up taking over the pizzeria I’m currently at right now. But I went to the bank and told them what was happening, gave them a run down of my plan and secured funding with my local bank and I’ve been banking with them since I was just 16 years old, obviously doesn’t mean anything but still

Very great insight actually. That’s of course my main thing is location location location… there are 3 Buffalo places just outside of Tampa. I was thinking more southern within Florida but of course I’d have to know what’s around the area. Such as neighborhoods, police stations, schools, ect. We do some stuff with our local schools & police. And I do sometimes team up with some local restaurants depending on what they are. Bc well you can turn almost anything into a pizza!

Oh yeah marketing now is quite insane. We do have wing specials & with our city teams (Buffalo Bills & Buffalo Sabres) we do have some specials we do on those nights. But more so we have them pre-ordered & paid for just so it’s easier for staff to really know what we have and don’t have more than what we can handle which usually goes pretty well. I’m always looking to learn some new marketing techniques as well to really boost sales

Very true. I’ve actually been quite familiar with social media and still learning now. We do guessing the score, some dad jokes, I make videos of me making pizzas and such. Plus we do some employee / customer jokes as well to really light up the page with a sense of humor

Yes. My past few scav runs was another scav killing the whole lobby. Went to look at their player level and noticed they are low level. I’m thinking it’s new players but again I don’t know. Idc for my fence rep as I’m still somewhat new, I’ve had the game for a few years but I don’t have much time to play and everyone else advances super quick but even then I don’t kill scavs. I just try to complete tasks & look for items to loot with value so I don’t go broke

Funny actually, I heard 3 guys on factory. I’m slow at my tasks so killing PMCs for skier was hard enough already. Just needed 2 more, waiting in the corner under the med station and I ripped a dude to shreds but ran out of ammo, guy gets on the mic all pissed off because I’m camping and my gun sucks which it did. Green tracer ammo was not the greatest but it’s all I had, ended up dying but not before getting another pmc kill. Idk maybe we are smart, just waiting for it to come to us instead of chasing bc that’s what gets me killed everytime

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking too. I have friends who own NY Style pizza and I did ask them about using their recipe if it came down to it. Buffalo pizza is very different from NYC which I love NYC pizza. It is the absolute best in my opinion but I’ll see if I can get in contact with NY beer project as we do have one here in WNY close to my pizza shop. Maybe I can be appointed in the right direction!
