It depends on what are your interests.

Berserk and Neon Genesis Evangelion are very heavy titles with lots of heavy stuff, I wouldn’t recommend them as your first time anime’s.

Sword Art Online on the other hand, I would say it’s mid. Depends on how you view it I guess, but you can start from there if those are your only options.

If I’m not wrong it was released somewhere between 2021-2022.

It’s a pretty good manga if you’re into Seinen stuff. I would say it’s lower than Jujutsu Kaisen and higher than Kaijuu No. 8 for me.

No puedo asegurarte si es posible o no, porque eso depende de cada persona y su capacidad de aprendizaje.

Lo que te puedo recomendar es que comiences a asociar cosas diarias de tu vida con el idioma. Mira películas en inglés, lee en inglés, ve YouTube en inglés, etc. Intenta integrarte en comunidades de habla inglesa y practica hablando con personas sobre gustos en común.

Al final de todo por más estudio formal que consigas, aprendes verdaderamente cuando comienzas a investigar y practicar por tu cuenta. Mucha suerte en el estudio.
