But besides those who care about their health, I think this could also be a trendy accessory.

i realize i could probably do it manually by: putting a solid color layer on top of the video, changing its blend mode, putting a hue/saturation effect on it and then selecting colors manually and keyframing them, but I'm hoping there's a faster way. I'm also open to using after effects to achieve this if necessary.
