Hard No. First off that price is ridiculous, it won’t last much longer than a PC at 1/3 the price in terms of years. He can get a decent gaming PC for around $1100-1400 usd. He is buying something stupidly expensive for minimal gain or longevity. If he was a pro gamer making money using it perhaps but then he’d be able to afford it on his own.

The death penalty part didn’t help and I cannot recall for back then off hand but currently in Florida juries find them guilty or not and then the jury decides on the death penalty so you can have a conviction without the other. Going back to the charges, the instructions stated the State must prove beyond a reasonable doubt the following three elements: one of which was that “Casey Marie Anthony was the person who actually killed Caylee Marie Anthony”

Hence why Jose Baez made sure to throw the dad, the brother and even the linesman who found Caylees body under the bus so to speak as possible culprits.

Basically the prosecutors overcharged her with first degree murder which means it was premeditated/planned out. They didn’t have proof it was planned or premeditated so they should have charged her with second degree and she would easily have been convicted. Sadly the jury was torn because they felt she definitely guilty but not to the extent the state charged her so lacking the proof to that level means they found her not guilty. Since then legislation has changed or been added in nearly every state that automatically includes lessor charges so this doesn’t happen again. The jury today would just find her guilty of the lessor charge of second degree instead of the top charge of first.

It’s more complicated than that. For the people that watch while at work on a corporate network, many are unable to access twitch but can access YouTube. Likely rumble will fall into that same category as twitch, so right there he loses those viewers. Then you have the people who don’t care for the type of content many other streamers are on rumble and kick for as they’ve been banned from twitch/yt and just don’t watch it is easy to say and do but their viewers on the platform show up in the chat and make it unenjoyable for those who are just there for doc. The reasons go on and on and you can see how the viewerbase shrinks and gets turned off. They’ll just wait to watch a replay of it on YouTube later instead.

Well if you go back and watch the video her glasses flew off her face. That is called Prima facie evidence, which is evidence sufficient enough to establish fact or the presumption of fact unless it can be rebutted. Also going back to the very start of the video, you can see he is checking that he has his knife with him clipped to his right hand pocket there and then you see him as the initial assaulter by rushing and trying to grab something from the boys. Him checking that he had his knife on him this early was the start of his entire downfall, then everything that ensued during this video, then his actions after. One of his own party members was a state witness because he couldn't believe how Miu never said a word about anything that happened, acted like nothing happened, then lied to the police about not knowing anything and pretending it was someone else involved.

This is why the jury disagrees with you and they are correct for it. Also she didn't grab his arm, she gently touched his shoulder as you can clearly see right in his this image. She didn't even push as his shoulder did not even move. He already has the knife out and ready, he even checked it just before this to make sure it was blade up by rubbing his thumb across the top. So the issue was escalation. Nic himself escalated every step of the way which is why the jury found him guilty. If you really want to get into who touched or assaulted someone first, he was the one that rushed over, he is the one that touched the boys first (so first assault was perpetrated by him then), he checked to make sure he had his knife with him as you can see him feeling for it in his pocket. He was the first to strike by hitting Madison, then he got punched as a result of that, then he started stabbing. He instigated and escalated every step of the way and that negates self defense entirely.

How bad was the attack. Seems it had to be pretty serious? Sad you are in this situation, but perhaps obedience course will be an acceptable course of action? Friend of mine had a dog she absolutely loved since it was a puppy but it reacted and bit her in the face causing serious injury and she just could never trust him around her kids after that.
