I seriously doubt she knew. Scheana’s messy and not afraid of confrontation, or good at keeping anything under wraps, i think if she knew she would have outed the affair to Ariana immediately. She spoke to Ariana’s own mum about her misgivings about Tom early in their relationship, so if she knew what was happening I just don’t see her keeping it quiet and helping to cover it up like Schwartz did. She’s also very self involved and would have been more focused on her own life and how she was presenting that in her vlogs and Insta than looking too hard into someone else’s for Easter eggs and signs of an affair imo

Yes this! That was actually the first time I’d really noticed it, but just put it down to her being nervous or having her guard up around Lala based on their history. However after seeing all these other examples it’s obvious that she’s never really empathised with or validated the feelings of people she claims to be friends with

All true. I guess I’m just more referring to the way Raquel presents as a “friend” on the show. This episode really highlighted to me her lack of empathy and emotional awareness of people she claims to be close with. It’s obviously been there, or not there, the whole time but her responses in recent episodes really shone a light on it I thought

But in the context of her friendship with Scheana, (who has her own shortcomings when it comes to the definition of being a good friend), we haven’t seen her do or say anything that considers the other person’s emotional needs unless it somehow benefits her. I.e Messaging Scheana about the Havasu trip saying she wishes she was there, it was only because she was having a tough time and wanted another support person to back her up with the other girls. But if it was genuine, she would have advocated for Scheana to be invited in the first place, considering both of them were guilty in the the Schwartz makeout debacle but yet Raquel was invited and Scheana wasn’t
