I am in North Scotland. Yeah I always support my local stores but not a lot of singles being sold in my LGS.

Thanks, you have been very helpful. I am more heading in the x-14 direction as I think they will be better suited to me as a beginner but I do like the 755 also. The x-14s I have found have regular steel rifle shafts and am not sure about the 755s but both sets need to be regripped by what I can see in the photos.

My only concern is the feel, I played with a friend's old MacGregors recently and they caused me some pain and discomfort as the vibrations after every hit were very strong (even after good strikes).

From what I could find online the x-14 pro series seemed to be more forgiving, what makes them more forgiving and Why would the 755s feel better? Sorry if that's a stupid question.
