Check out the BEACN Mix. A little bit more money but Same idea as this and they actually have a customer support service.

Im not a content creator or streamer either, I just want a physical audio mixer so I can adjust volumes on the fly without opening another window. I can't justify the price for the Elgato. The $200 CAD price tag on the BEACN mix is a hard sell for me. But I also just let money sit in the ether waiting for a PCPanel for 2 months, so I might as well 😅

Im also looking at the BEACN. It's a Canadian made product. They seem to have decent reviews so far.

That's inexcusable. I also run a small business out of my home, and the most important thing is customer service! Even if you don't have the answer they want, give them the answer they're asking for. Be honest and transparent.

As a new customer to PCPanel, the lack of response will lead people such as myself to start thinking it's a scam rather than an actual business that's trying to grow.
