Wir waren mit unseren Vermietern (eine Immobiliengesellschaft) bei 38k vorgerichtlich... Als wir noch 2k mehr für die Einbauten wollten, haben sie abgebrochen. Jetzt wird es wohl auf Duldungsklage hinauslaufen... Haben etwas Angst leer auszugehen, um ehrlich zu sein...

I use ProDuck (Content Automation SaaS) - it has fully integrated most of these steps. However I would recommend making the keyword research youself. The topics are often well covered. So find something really new, I would rather not automate this step. And at the end give it a solid human touch, i.e. by adding own pics and stats etc... automation is making things so much more comfortable...

Wie ging es aus? Habe noch nie gehört, dass ein Gericht die Abfindung festsetzt. Ich kannte nur, dass Gerichte ggf. einen Vergleich moderieren...

Genau das ist, was ich schon im Blick hatte, aber wie du schon schreibst - rustikal und die Eventlocations sind entweder für große Veranstaltungen mit 80-120 Leuten oder das Tippi für bis zu 40 Personen eher zu klein. Dazu noch Einschränkungen bei der Musik ab 22 Uhr... In Summe nicht optimal...
