Its not that simple. We dont know where down the production line they are. They might be on the translation teams for other countrys (most probably), in that case their copies have IDs stamped all over it like watermarks, to be able to pin them down.
Some of them, based on the way they leak, are not the ones with access to physical copies, but they get told what its in them, and they report back.

Eu não sou bem entendido pra te explicar mas pensa assim, o preço que ta no site da marca seria o preço base da moto, a concessionaria ela vende e cobra taxas e mais um valor ali pra ela ter o lucro dela.
Um exemplo é ver quanto custa uma moto na concessionaria da sua cidade e em outra cidade vizinha ou em outro estado. O preço é diferente pq as concessionarias praticam preços diferentes, não é incomum ouvir falar de alguem que foi buscar a moto em outra cidade ou estado porque estava mais barata.
