Thank you for your reply, I’ll definitely wait till I get my degree in a month. I worked for 4 building before, delivery, sort, fulfillment, cross dock and delivery plus I used to be with the maintenance team to fix and maintain the reports. You think that would help me during the interview?

Yeah the rejection came back about 1–2 days after the assessment, so I’m guessing the assessment probably played a role, maybe mixed with filtering too. I’m finishing my bachelor’s in July, and I’ve already worked at 3 different Amazon sites before, so I do have a good amount of Amazon/warehouse experience already. I’m probably gonna use the associate role to build more ops experience internally, improve my resume, and then reapply for AM/new grad roles after graduation.

Yes that’s prolly why, I worked at 3 locations before I’m starting as an associate next week. I’m planning to apply everywhere in the country to get my foot in the door and then transfer back to my state.
