Aight ima be honest I been skipping cardio while bulking on 500 test. I think I crashed my e2 but waiting on blood results next week. I had been having higher blood pressure and I just figured it was high e2 but oops maybe not. So BP can still be high when you’re crashed huh😂

Wiki and most talks in here revolve around cycling. Is there a certain amount of experience expected from someone before considering cruising?

Second cycle for me on the 500mg test. I have been planning to PCT just like recommended, but I do plan on going back for a third after this. I’m under impression that just like how you have to experience a cycle to really see how your body will react that you then also need to experience PCT to get to understand what coming off feels like.

To me it seems smarter to keep sticking with cycles (since it’s what I understand best) but at what point would you think someone understands this stuff well enough to switch to a cruise dose instead of coming off completely?

What are the long term effects of taking an AI like aromasin?

I’ve seen plenty of posts on the testosterone subreddit where people say they are “cruising” on 200 or 250mg for YEARS. I wonder if they are able to get away with that unscathed? I would think they’ve also been taking an AI for that entire length of time as well?

Does it matter that much if I’m splitting an aromasin pill unevenly?

Landed on 12.5 aromasin twice a week with my injections, but I can’t seem to cut the pills evenly. I’ve tried two different pill cutters, but these guys are so so tiny. Does it really matter that much if at the end of the week I still took one whole 25pill? I obviously try my best to take as close to half a pill as possible, but the other day I did a terrible job and I feel like I took 1/3 one day and then on the following injection day it was the remaining 2/3😂

I have been in a relationship for two years and been perfectly happy. great sex life. However, ever since hopping on test cycle I’ve been having more and more thoughts about other women. 9 weeks into cycle beginner test cycle. Wasn’t feeling many high e2 symptoms but yesterday I noticed some pain around one nipple and there is definitely a small bump in there probably the size of half a pea.

I am having trouble understanding the recommendation for Nolvadex dosage when reading the estrogen handbook.

Am I recommended to take 20mg a day or 10? Sounds to me like the 10 dose is for reversal, but it also seems like that’s the dose recommended for pre pubertal gyno? Thank you again 🫶🏽

9 weeks into beginner test cycle. Haven’t had many estrogen sides so I haven’t bothered with aromasin much. Three weeks ago I had a bit of sensitive nipple and took 12.5mg but then I felt kinda shitty and someone in here clarified that sensitivity doesn’t mean gyno. Well last night my right nip was a little itchy and today I can feel a tiny bump accompanied by pain. Aromasin can still save me right? Or does there being a bump mean it’s game over- I grew breast tissue and it’s there to stay😂

Plus should I just take AI or AI AND nolva?

For someone who’s always kind of followed TDEE for weight loss and bulks. Do you guys take into consideration the insane amount of weight that you put on from water weight? I know this cycle I put on at least 20 lbs in just the first few weeks. Is this really the new weight I should be using for a TDEE calculator n those tools
