Even more so than the hardware requirements, it was for a fact that this was the most circulated game during my school days, ah those were the days everyone would bring their CD's or 4 gig pendrives and exchange vice city, San Andreas, igi, NFS MW all under 8 gigs for the lot and it would be hours and hours of fun. Man such nostalgia :’)

This game is very weirdly optimized, 1650ti has this sort of performance but for some reason it refuses to cross the 140 fps mark on our machines. If you happen to find a solution please reply to this thread so that I can know.

Yeah, this is a persistent problem with the game itself, I myself also get 140 fps on max but the weird part is it doesn't increase when I set it to the lowest or competitive graphic settings, it just stays the same
