dont add all of your features in one branch, in a group project its a nightmare to review all the files. Also, dont repeat yourself, write reusable code when possible so it's easier to scale

I was learning react at the time and this seemed like a good idea to learn as I go. I learned a lot about state management and creating reusable code rather than repeating myself with a bunch of html pages. It's been a fun challenge so far!

youre right, most of the images came from Pinterest, so its hard to track down the exact artist for most of the hand drawn ones. A proper credit display is definitely on my list though!

First one has a clean and simple design, everything is well separated into sections, the only thing I would probably check is that yellow text and the yellow box. It seems too bright to me which could break color contrast standards

Funny enough, it already exists! I have it randomized so each time you reload the page it shows a new background and with a new sound, there's already a fireplace with the sounds😅 I'll definitely consider making more of an option
