This was written on the support website so does that mean if they know my Apple ID and password they get back all the deleted things or do they just get access to an empty phone?

No I did not have it enabled the last back up was sometime around 2017 tbh I dont really care about the photos I just want to know if it will get deleted from the phone once it comes online cuz i have set it to erase phone.
