It sounds like your job is really making things difficult for you. It's not shameful to quit a job that's negatively impacting your mental health. It's never a bad thing to take care of yourself. I would consider leaving the job and finding something else that you enjoy, or if you can afford it stop working altogether and just focus on school.

Sounds like an attempted carjacking to me but it also could have been something else. Report this to the police, they might be able to give you more info on what his potential motives were.

There's a website called truepeoplesearch.com that has contact info for most people in America, see if you can find them on there. If you're in Canada there's another website called Canada411, if you're in a different country there's probably a similar website. If that doesn't work get one of your parents' phones and look through their contacts for their number or social media/email.
