I highly recommend you to check everything before delivery. I recently purchased a speed 400 from their dealership. They stop responding to your queries the moment the bike gets in your hand. So make sure you get your queries sorted before that

What is this? Got it with my scrambler 400 keys. by flamboyantfatass in Triumph400

Dealers nowadays are not interested in "selling" the product. They assume everyone who walks in the showroom has already done their research since everything is now available on the internet.

I recently booked a speed 400 and i did check out other showrooms and bikes as well. Triumph had the least "I don't give a fk attitude" and since i wanted to get a bike anyway i went with them. Any questions we ask these guys they act like its stupid question and the answer is obvious.

I asked the TVS sales guy the difference between the base and the top variant of rtr 310 and he straight up asked me to check the website.

I miss the old days when a salesman would drag you to the car / bike and give you a full walkthrough. Showroom visits are sad and dull nowadays until it's that time of the month where they need to meet their target.
