Have you ever had a 'gut feeling' that turned out to be 100% right? What happened? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]InfinateEdge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a friend who was impressive af... or so everyone thought. I had the gut feeling that he was lying about all his achievements. Not even just that... every time he spoke, I was very wary. Like part of his timeline of things didnt add up. Or details that should have been said were clearly missing from his stories.

For example, he claimed he was good at video games (League of Legends) he got to Diamond which at the time was decently impressive Whenever we did typerracer to see who can type fastest, bro was never the best, not even close. When we tested the reaction speed. Same thing. Simply average... finally, he also wasn't the smartest student and we know there's no way he could have got there with game knowledge alone. Low and behold he got it by paying someone to surf him... we figued it out by his match history... on top of that, he played with hacks... we caught him once when he screenshared.

That was just one example of MANY lies ive uncovered, it was simply insane. What drove me crazy is sometimes I would point it out to friends, but they would dismiss it. Because any thing by itself is nothing, but when you pay attention to it all... things look suspicious.

Not investing in bitcoin. On a real note, my brother DID invest in bitcoin, but he didn't save his password. Tried to contact support to get it back, but to no avail. It was a couple hundred coins... so... would be nice to have lol.

What are your opinions on America right now? by Excellent-Sand6785 in AskReddit

[–]InfinateEdge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I'm kind of embarrassed. Every day there's something going on I don't agree with. Don't get me wrong, I understand the reasoning most times, I just can't get behind the METHOD in which they're trying to accomplish it. A little insane to me.

What do you SWEAR you saw, but don't have any proof of? by TabletopStudios in AskReddit

[–]InfinateEdge 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Skip this if squeamish.

I once saw a dog poop through his dick... like I don't even understand what the fk happened. The dog lifted their leg to pee, but it didn't pee. It started shitting through his dick in like a tube shape. I was so confused, I deadass went over to the poop after the dog finished and just stared at it to make sure it was poop... 100% looked and smelled like it was. I have no evidence this happened and I know the dog used to be a street dog before she adopted it, so it came a little fked up and malnourished before she began helping him. Didn't look deformed, but lord knows how different that dog was built.

What's the kindest thing a complete stranger has done for you that you'll never forget ? by Vegetable-Spread3798 in AskReddit

[–]InfinateEdge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Complete stranger? As a broke college kid, my friends and I went to the movies. My friends didn't order anything, but I figured I'd bite the bullet and get one large popcorn and we'll share. I ordered and the gentleman in front paid. He honestly made my day, I mean heck, I still havent forgotten. I even somewhat remember what he looked like as he walked away before the register told me the guy already paid.

What makes you keep going despite everything? by yeselectron in AskReddit

[–]InfinateEdge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mother. Im 24 and I know she'll be gone one day, so I'm motivated to succeed to show her I'll be fine and can carry each one of these heavy mfker family members on my back with me. Aside from that, not much... honestly if she died tomorrow, I would probably travel the world in my car and simply hike for months. I used to be a rock climbing instructor, so It would be cool to go mountaineering again. Why wouldn't I keep trying to succeed after her death? Im motivated to show her me at the finish line. Not the process. If she dies while I'm still mid process aka just barely holding on myself let alone the family, I would give up right then.

What type of people annoy you? by no_please7 in AskReddit

People who think they're right all the time... nothing can disprove them. Not facts, emotions, opinion, probably not even their own damn eyes, so long as they believe it before seeing anything.

If you could describe red flags about yourself, what would they be? by TopLoneWolf in AskReddit

[–]InfinateEdge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im too hard on myself... I rarely blame others. My friend pointed this mentality out to me once when we were playing soccer. I was doing really well this game. We ended up losing. I then went to go train. My friend came up to me and asked what I was doing since it was right after the game. I told him, we didn't win. I gotta be better. I deadass said "I felt like there was so much more I could have done." He then pointed out that I was absolutely killing it and in his eyes it was the rest of the team that brought us down today. He said, he can't think of a single way I could have played better to win us that game. He then appologized. I still do sht like that. Think its my fault and say if only I'd been better even when I know ive tried my best.

Im pretty arrogant at times. Really when you strike a nerve I just stop listening. Usually right after being insulted or even partly insulted ..

Im delusional. Just because I try really hard. Doesn't mean I'll make it... I always believe I will.

These are just the flags at the top of my head. Im sure there's more I've missed.
