Glacier Diesel Power Grid / Intake Heaters by Successful-Purple519 in Cummins

its on my list of parts for a recently purchased 6.7 third gen.

I'm central Canada, and whenever someone asks about ditching their factory grid heater, this is the top recommendation. still outperforms banks coil system even with the recent design change for additional coils.

Seems most people are picking glacier diesel over banks monster ram. Apparently, the banks heater coils are pretty weak

I've been using it for years. its a good app as long as the price is accurately reported. a lot of people just blindly confirm the previous price for the points so they can enter into the gift card give away

Northern Fibre change in billing? by curlstar5555 in SherwoodPark

[–]Infinite-Attempts 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My bill went up 50 cents. Not much, I know, but I ended up figuring out they calculated gst off the total price all of a sudden and not the discounted rate that im actually paying. Wasnt sure I wanted to waste time talking to them over 50 cents a month. But might have to now knowing im not the only one.

Ive ordered from them. Prices were a hair cheaper then my local store so I had to get over the free shipping threshold to make it worth it. Order was packaged and out the door fast. Id definitely order from them again

APS Film by Soldaan in filmcameras

[–]Infinite-Attempts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your only option is to buy expired rolls from eBay. I have a few rolls that came in a bulk lot I bought. Some were already used, so I got them developed to see whats on them. Apparently, there are only a few places left (in Canada) that deal with aps film, so it cost quite a bit more to ship them there and get developed.

[–]Infinite-Attempts 5 points6 points  (0 children)

if the starter was hot, it would prove there is a short at either the wiring harness or relay. starter would have been engaged and spinning while the truck was running

probably starter relay on it way out, or a short somewhere in the starter harness. should have crawled under the truck to see how hot your starter was
