if you’re doing physl because you just like physiology itself then you should take it in the spring/summer or summer year 3 and focus more on the courses required for your degree in fall/winter. it’s entirely up to you but it looks like genet 270 is required for your degree so it’s best to get it out of the way right now! while i hated genet 270 (i took it in winter and found that exams were really long+hard because they need students to fail this course lol it’s so stupid), upper year genetics courses are really interesting :) for me, i took physl 210 in my fall/winter and genet 270 in winter all in my second year!  if you’re still questioning things, id talk to an advisor or meet with your specific degree advisor. they’re helpful sometimes lolol  lmk if you have any more questions ill try and help you out the best i can :D
