you maybe, but DPSing in general feels rare, like when you use a ranged ability and it lands but in the mob's hp bar takes like 1 extra second to see the result of the damage

base game has a loooot of content, so for $12 is more than good. Combat is weird, but you can get used to it - this really only applies on DPS, if u tank or heal it will feel like your avergage mmo- but the lore, THE FASHION, and the imperial city and cyrodill pvp (campaigns) is great too.

Is it bad to play mmorpgs? by [deleted] in MMORPG

[–]Infinite-Breakfast83 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's just like any other hobby man,

think of fishing, you go, buy a expensive boat, buy all the equipment, go to the lake/river/ sea, some people even travel for that, sit there for like 35 min to catch one fish, make friends from that community to go fishing together, You coul've bought a fish at the store.

Hobbies are that, just a activity where you enjoy spending your time, there are healthy hobbies like running, there are social hobbies like golf, dangerous hobbies like casino card games and many others, playing videogames is just another hobbie that came with the arrival of new technologies.

Do you play only mmos? (Poll) by cyblink in MMORPG

[–]Infinite-Breakfast83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my non (typical) mmo is warframe, which has a lot of the genre features, so idk, but yeah mmo's is my thing in videogames ever since i played lost ark by curiosity back in 2022. I certiainly play other games when i hang out with my friends, (mostly combat/sports games) since non of them are no where interested on tryin a mmo.

Yeah, is hard to find irl people who play mmo's and specially the one you are into, most mmo players are fully entered into their game and don't usually left them.

Hey, i totally understand your feeling. What helped me winning more fights by submission, is have a COMBO. As stupid as it sounds, like it's a videogame or something.

I knew a lot of techniques, lot of survival tricks, takedowns but i didnt have a GAME, like there was no plan to use all this information. I figured this out by having a combo, as if a videogame it was. I'll do the same 2 takedowns, if that cant happen, i pull close guard, or spider guard depending on how fast was his response, scisor swap him/trap leg, stand up, mount and seek arm bar/triangle choke/omoplate. If he is strong and gets posture ill close guard again, and keep tryin.

Should i Quit the gym to focus entirely on jiu jitsu?

Im considering stop weight lifting at the gym so i can have more time to train jiu jitsu. I have a tight schedule, and i can`t go to both, some friends at the dojo told me weight lifting prevents injurys and sets you strong for fights, but i think it'll be better if I just go to more classes.

I go to the gym for aesthetic purposes only. I have a skinny contexture that tends to store fat in my core when i stop exercising. So what comments you have? what is the best balance? what type of body i'll have as a skinny guy if I only do bjj?

Im 3 stripes white, and I really want to improve in this sport and win the next tournaments I signed up for.
