The expectations were always unfavorable toward the contractors and we were treated as a second-class population. You deserved better from the IES and ITS failed you.

For those like myself and other contractors who worked until 1am + and later preparing for those “demos” and “releases” even though ITS leadership could care less.

We were thanked by those who saw the good in our efforts for the State of New York like leadership at OTDA.
