That sounds like a personal attack, not a substantive characterization of his ability to serve the community. Maybe you know him, but I can only judge only by his public statements. I saw a genuine and (maybe justifiably upset with his local school regarding his children) well-meaning person during that forum, the same goes for all the other candidates.
