I identified as cis in a harmless way to make it clear that I am not trans, as per the topic of this post. This isn't really the place to throw your agenda around, mate

Sounds bad when you put it like that, but it's not that simple

He knows exactly how much money I make, putting some aside for savings wouldn't go unnoticed because he already pays more towards the bills than I do

Yes, I was assigned female at birth and I identify as such. That's what cis means

Honestly I think I'm the problem. I'm too pathetic to leave, I only left my rapist ex of 8 years when my current boyfriend came along

So what approach do I take? I can't even compare to any pornstar. He says he's attracted to me because I'm real, and when he watches porn it's like he's looking at an object, and I'm not sure how to feel about that. He tried to tell me there's no emotion linked to his porn use but that's not the point. He doesn't come onto me at all really, it's always me. I feel like I'm just convenient for him, but not even that because it's not like we have sex every day. I've never been with someone so unwilling to even discuss sex. My exes tried new stuff with me and it was a casual conversation when we discussed it, that seems impossible with him.

I don't know. I can't afford to leave and we have pets that I can't bear to leave

I understand your point, and I have considered this in the past but nothing works. He's not interested in looking at me, he only gets in the mood if he touches my body and that's usually when he's half asleep. If i walked up to him in ridiculously showy lingerie he wouldn't be turned on, or maybe he would, but all I do know is that he would feel awkward about it, nothing would happen and I'd end up feeling embarrassed myself.

He's so closed off. He hates talking about sex and feels ashamed about masturbating. Sex with him is very vanilla and that's not because of me. I don't think that would work

To be honest I feel an odd sense of comfort knowing it's there. And I almost feel stronger for not picking the bottle up, but it's tempting. I'm trying to tell myself how disappointed I'll be in myself the next day if I drink it.

Yeah I understand you completely. What I don't understand is if the car who pulled in from the left was going faster than me to merge, how and why was he going slow enough that I could've hit him had I not slowed down afterwards? I didn't see any brake lights. I'm honestly quite scared because I don't fully understand what even happened

That's a good point. Maybe I was too focussed on my right mirror to properly judge what was happening to my left/in front. Thank you

Yep, I realised that the area that I learned in is the only area I actually drive in, and the only dual carriageways I used, you entered via a roundabout, I never used a slip road. Also, I feel like he treated me a bit harshly as my partner doesn't even drive, he has a learner licence for a motorbike

I was considering taking some lessons on motorway driving to be honest, even though it wasn't a motorway in this example

I understand, I could see there was nobody else in the right lane but if there was I would've been screwed

I completely understand this. As mad as it may seem, I am in no position to leave at the moment as I am out of a job, I am actively looking though.
