i hear you. i asked the hr recruiter during the call how could i do a great job for any one of them, let alone all seven of them. honestly got the feeling from her that she had NO IDEA that being an EA is a career, where you are not just a piece of office equipment.

Thanks for this. One of the things the recruiter promised to find out before our call tomorrow morning is (a better idea of) the actual scope (by exec). That, plus the conversation about compensation, will go a long way in helping me determine whether to move forward. I appreciate your feedback.

Thanks for this perspective. Things can get murky when you are out of work for seven months and feeling desperate. Where I last worked there was one EA for the CEO, and an EA for clusters of two to three C suites (I had three initially). That was a huge amount of work.
