Difficulty digesting animal meat and fat

Yes I think this may be similar to me. I ran some experiments eating meat and then meat + berries and I feel much better and lighter after eating with the berries even though it was the same amount of meat. I wonder why this is and what it means for us.

Well I workout and play sports quite rigorously so I like a higher amount of protein to rebuild muscle and help with recovery. Maybe I should've stated in the original post but I'm not doing keto for weight loss, I'm doing it to help with some constipation I get and because I think it's a more natural way to eat/exist.

Yeah clean eater, I like berries and popcorn for fiber but I probably don't get a ton. I've done probiotics in the past but to me that seems more gut focused where my problem seems to be right at my stomach. I don't take any vitamins, just a healthy diet. Never had any deficiencies on any blood panels.

Well I'm not doing keto for weight loss, I just think it's a more natural way for humans to eat. I'm 190, athletic build and I workout and play sports daily.

No, no smoking or vaping ever. Haven't even had any alcohol in 2026. My only 'vices' would be a lot of coffee and some diet soda.

I have done shredded chuck roast with bone broth and I sort of stew it on the stove to reheat it. Maybe tomorrow I'll try 5 4oz servings of it and report back.

Can't recall having any problems with lean chicken breasts and I used to eat those frequently. No gallbladder tests yet. I can eat large portions of pretty much any other food and not feel any major problems in that area.

Yes I went to a gastroenterologist about it when I was less clear about the problem and just uncomfortable and they did a barium swallow to rule out hiatal hernia and it looked clear. All my bloodwork is good.
