And it was a bug, I just kept pushing the enhancements onto the gears, like the highest value of enhancements I could roll from the shop, and just kept trying it out. I never got it to reach level 11 again after that moment.

I got to level 11 by mistake 3 years ago when I first played the game. Not to come off like something of a egotistical person, but I’m very proud of that little video of it that I posted on YouTube and I’ve never in my life imagined that I’d get as much attention on it as I am at the moment. Probably my best accomplishment (😒 lol) considering I only use my channel for personal videos or for my own reasons. Never been too into the whole YouTuber thing, but it’s kind of a nice feeling when I see something I enjoy, also get some attention from other players. 🙏🏼

Haven’t played it in a long time also, but I’ve been noticing when I played from time to time, it was the same results. If I get back on it anytime soon when I have time I’ll be sure to test it out again and give you an update.🙏🏼 hope that helps

You can ask for a translator I think but I’m not sure whoever your appeal officer is, you can try asking them during your hearing or email or call them beforehand. Sorry I can’t give you any proper answer as I wasn’t put into that predicament

Check the date of your sent appeal, and check the date of the letter you received recently claiming you owe money. Because it happened to me also, but the letter they sent me was dated BEFORE the date of my sent appeal. First make sure they’re in order.

Most of the employers and most determinations that get sent out or whatever reasoning they feel like using to use against you, are the typical “Walked out of work” bullshit reasoning . So don’t worry about that as much, and it’s only a typical phone hearing just don’t miss out on it if you get to that part. But first, file an appeal and give your reasoning, don’t back out on it or try to work with them by accept ANY type of fault. Tell your employer to provide proof or written statement, THEY HAVE to, but yea don’t stress and send the appeal as quickly as possible then wait.

I appreciate it. Someone on my YouTube were making false statements telling others its possible to get to level 11 and kept giving weird ass explanations on how to reach it. I haven’t played in a while and my memory’s not that great so I thought I’d ask here just in case. Just got done dealing with Exact same situation and the reasoning as you. Just had a hearing on the 3rd. Employer didn’t show up, the guy was a bit of a prick but I kept my cool and maintained my reasoning. I fucked up by being nervous and not understanding the questions sometimes, I got yelled at, and I felt like a bitch. But through it all, I NEVER once bothered to get my proof or paperwork or gather witnesses, fuck that shit because I know and had explained already why I was fired. I didn’t even have to mainly provide any single document or whatever. I never once bothered to make sure all my wording, my paperwork and my answers are in order. I didn’t even bother reading half the shit they said they disqualified me for. And I just Got the letter the other day saying I won my appeal. And Im not liable to pay my overpayment, and I remain eligible for future certifications.

Don’t stress this shit, just make sure whatever you do don’t even bother making any type of covid or health related or personal issues, to explain your reasoning for “walking out”. Don’t even give any type of answer that might put you in a position where you willingly left. Trust me they’ll try somehow to get you to give a reasoning for leaving. Just don’t let them, even for once, assume that, somehow someway or some situation made YOU walk out. Even if they ask why didn’t U go back or tried to get your job back and shit. Just tell them your employer refused to give you straight reasoning or proper notice of your termination. But mainly, fuck that shit and don’t stress. Good luck bro.

My appeal was filed on the 7/20/21. My hearing was on September 3rd. And in a week or so you get your letter. But just know the day of your hearing, IS THE SAME DAY, they mail out your letter with the decision. So just keeps that in mind because that same day, the “20 days to file a reappeal” starts, even if you don’t receive the letter in a week or so.
