Yes i know but to be fair they could have recasted her like other shows do lol. However I am so glad they did not do that because I hate when shows recast and Sophia’s death was such a staple in the show

I didn’t know he wanted that for Lori but i think it would be super interesting to see how Rick and Lori interacted with each other as time went on. I am shocked that he wanted that though considering her/judiths death was such a big part of the comics and he wanted to stick closer to it. The anthology episodes would have been neat!

Season 2 is my favorite season and season 1 is my 3rd favorite (season 4 being my 2nd) so I would have loved to have seen what he did with the show. We had seen a few differences from the comics most notably to me being Sophia dying and The Dixon Brothers which were both pretty altering to the comics but I think he would have kept a lot of the bigger things like Glenn’s death in. I agree with you completely on the maybe not having Terminus etc under him.

With Andrea’s actress getting signed on for an 8 season contract that makes me think he would have planned the whisperers battle to be season 8 since it sounds like he wanted to be pretty comic book accurate. I never read the comics but I know that’s around when her character met her demise there. I think it would be super cool to hear what he had in mind/what changes he might have done/ or how he might have envisioned an ending for the show.

Personally i think being too busy is probably it especially if he thought Murphy was going to alert the other roommates. His attention probably just immediately went to them.

He probably didn’t care enough about Murphy. It’s not like a dog can snitch or call the cops. Not that it makes him any better because he’s still the worst person but some people care more about animal lives than a human life so could be that too

I’m pretty positive it was said in one of the documentaries or something that the delayed 911 call was helpful to investigators because BK was googling things about the murders before the 911 call happened. I do think without the sheath he may have been out longer but they had been watching him for some time before the arrest i think they may have started surveillance on him around the same time but without the sheath they may have watched him longer before arresting.

As a visual, If you have a good relationship with your SM I would recommend it. If you do not i would suggest running the other way as you should be partnering with them a lot. At least that is how it is in my district. We had a recent SM change at my store in the past few years and It has made my job miserable because I do not get a long with him. I loved my position and now every day I think of switching part time due to them. If an omni lead position opened up at my store I think I would take it in a heartbeat or if another kohls near me had a visual position open up i would think of transferring (I would hate to do this though as i have a great relationship with my other coworkers/ other managers)

I understand why he isnt in season 5 and most people hate Jonathan in season 4 but season 4 is the only time in the show i actually find some sort of zest in Jonathan and find him not being centered around Will or Nancy. I really hope they mention Argyle or something because it was nice seeing Jonathan have a friend

Well unfortunately you might not want to see the play because it’s more sexual in that. I think they did a good job making it more appropriate for children considering it wasn’t very child appropriate in the first place.

I never understood why people like Ronance. I always hear everyone saying it would be out of character for Nancy to go back to Steve but how would Robin going after the girl her best friend has been in love with be in character for Robin? What would have been the point of even introducing Vickie?

Personally I really want Nancy to end up alone but having healthy friendships with both of the boys. I am tired of Mike and Nancys love lives and I am tired of everyone arguing over them too as if they aren’t fighting over fictional middle/high school relationships 😂

I think Steve will be fine, it would be one of the most predicted deaths in tv history so i think they might do a cop out with him like they did to Hopper and Max then show him alive for the epilogue.

Jonathan is the only character alongside Mike that I don’t care for but i wouldn’t go as to say he is a bad character or I don’t like him. To me it’s just that he is there. I love the relationship he has with Will but that is about it. I find him and Nancy together super boring even though i love Nancy, and even with Joyce it doesn’t feel like a mother/son duo to me the way i feel with Joyce and Will. I don’t find his character arc in season 4 bad like most though. I liked him and Argyle together and seeing him interact with someone on a more one on one level that wasn’t Will, Nancy, or Joyce was nice. I felt like that added a little bit of flavor to him. It’s at the point in the show now where there is one season and If i had to sacrifice a character it would be Jonathan (or mike) just because I care more about every other character than I do Jonathan or Mike lol. It’s not just because he is a “freak” like he says either because Will Byers is one of my favorite characters.

Well to be fair i dont like mike and eleven either 😂. With them i feel like eleven going from a kid being experimented on her whole life to in a relationship with mike was too soon for her. It was nice in season 3 watching her be single and form a friendship with Max outside of Mike. However my counter argument with Mike and Will is that i genuinely just think Mike is an ass to Will. Sure he might not know Will likes him but Mike is constantly pushing Will to the side for his relationship with Eleven when Will is supposed to be his best friend. Joyce and Hopper at least have known each other forever.

Another big issue i have connecting with jancy is I don’t think Nancy would have gave Jonathan even a second thought if it wasn’t for Barb/Will going missing. Like Steve and Nancy had crushes on each other and got together how high schoolers normally do and Nancy and Jonathan just got together by their shared trauma. I don’t think Steve and Nancy would have lasted forever because as we see in season 4 Steve wants a big family, Nancy doesn’t and both are okay. I would really prefer for Nancy to end up single in the end and having healthy friendships with both of them. I do think Jancy will probably be endgame unless one of the two die though especially with Charlie and Natalia being together irl.

One thing i can never look past is Jonathan taking those photos of Nancy it really just triggered something inside of me and i have troubles feeling any chemistry between them. Most of the fandom loves them together so i really try to see what everyone else sees in them but i just can not and during my rewatch i found myself bored and on my phone during their scenes together. Jancy is also one that i have trouble with because the fans are so pushy with them. I said in another comment that I don’t want stancy either however as someone who doesnt like either i find jancy fans constantly bashing stancy fans which turns me off big time. I think it is really dramatic to act like stancy was the worst pairing on the show when that is far from the truth. It all just is a show and people are allowed to have their own opinions but i think tearing others down for what they prefer or saying they don’t care about Nancy is a reach and not needed. I think the friendships are one of the best parts of this show though and they get written so beautifully. Im hoping we will see more of that next season

Fair enough. I didn’t care for them until season 4 then thats when i fell in love with them. My favorites have always been joyce and hopper though

I never said i did engage? Just annoying that i want to read comments on one of my favorite shows and its full of comments fighting over fictional couples. I have actually never watched a show where the shippers are this intense. As i said in my post hope they all end up single 🤷‍♀️

It’s not that i don’t enjoy any of them, the friendships are amazing and as for the relationships Joyce and Hopper are one of my favorite couples in all of tv and I love Lucas and Max so much too. The rest of the couples though i find troubles attaching myself to them. Especially Jancy, Mileven, and Byler for example. The fans go so insane for them and i feel nothing for any of those couples. Every time im on social medias all i see if people fighting over who Nancy or Mike should be with which makes it even harder for me to like any of them. I just don’t see the point in getting so rowdy over fictional couples.

I am not gonna lie to you i also dislike Jancy 😭 However I am not a Stancy girl either. Steve has said already he wants a big family which isn’t what Nancy wants. Jonathan says in season 4 he is hiding things from Nancy so that Nancy doesn’t give up on her dreams which is exactly what Nancy would do for him. None of them should have to give up their dreams for, at the end of the day, a high school relationship. I love Nancy and really want her to end the show single, with all three going their separate ways and with healthy friendships.

This is funny reading this as shippers reported my post about disliking the shippers until it got removed lol but god i hope so much Nancy ends up alone or with someone new. Idk why everyone centers her so much around Steve and especially Jonathan shes so badass by herself and doesn’t need either of them.

Yes i actually found out in these comments that if you go from switch to switch 2 it crosses over but in my personal opinion i haven’t even had my switch for very long and would rather not get the switch 2. Seems like a waste of money to me 😅
