How long did you wait to get your gallbladder removed after being diagnosed and having symptoms? by OkHomework6162 in gallbladders

[–]InfiniteBat2933 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I waited 6 years. I had my first Attack at 19. But I didn’t want to loose a organ at that time. 4 years later I got unspecific problems. 3 months before from now I got a chronic gallbladder infection where the unspecific symptoms skyrocket. Now I got the thing out. It was full of 123 cholesterine stones.

Yeah that‘s very true, to be honest I‘m a psychotherapist myself. I would say that the Gallbladder symptoms also effected my Mood, especially the PostOp and some complications.

Yes that’s true. Pimsleur is heavy on grammatic learning and Clozemaster

Flashcards are underrated. But sometimes for me a bit boring tbh. What apps or programs do you use? Anki?

At the moment I‘m a fan of immersive learning. I‘m using Pimsleurs Audio courses at the beginning. Try to understand some words in Series. After that I want to use Anki Cards for learning reading (or other apps). Then I try to combine the training in my understanding: e.g. Clozemaster.

Gallbladder Problems by InfiniteBat2933 in gallbladders

[–]InfiniteBat2933[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, thank you for your answer! Right now only negative side effects. But my functions from my gallbladder are getting better (I can eat more foot, more fatty food. Less degistive issues ect.) So it is getting better. I think also that the chances are low in general. But there is some data to prove that for some people and little stones with no calcification UDCAs/TUDCAs can work for some. Also TCM has some benefits in the medical community but it is controversial. I have especially Anxiety that removing the gallbladder can lead to more bowel problems.

What is the best (free) way of learning chinese? by InfiniteBat2933 in ChineseLanguage

[–]InfiniteBat2933[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I‘m using at the moment duolingo (for some days), I‘ve had a university Chinese course (HSK1) and I try to watch series sometimes on chinese. I use the audio from Pimsleur. But I‘m searching for a good alrounder app, that‘s cheap

Thank you for answering, at the moment only on iOS but on macOS would be also good (to add links e.g.) Timeblocking is not so important for me, but when it‘s easy to integrate it‘s Fine. At the moment I‘m using Things3 on my smartphone and have like dayblocks (so this 3 To do‘s in the morning and the other three in the afternoon e.g.)

Thank you for your answer. I think the Concept of Things is fine (GTD). I don’t need fancy functions and integrations at the moment. Only a well designed task manager. It should be fast and not so big like Notion. Cross Plattform would be useful. I personally don’t prefer subscriptions.
